Over the past 8 years Matt has developed a broad-based and principled expertise in sales, rentals and investment markets of Boston real estate. Matt graduated from Salem State University in 2003 with a degree in business and a minor in computer science. His real estate experience ranges from urban sales agent to operations manager with a national luxury apartment company.
Matt´s knowledge of multiple facets of real estate business contributes to his success as the director of the sales & rentals division of Patriot Real Estate Group. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is a licensed Massachusetts real estate instructor and Director of the Patriot Real Estate School.
Matt currently resides in Boston where he enjoys golf, playing basketball at local courts, and playing his guitar.

 Peter McLoughlin
Principal
Peter began his career as a commercial lender for GE Capital. After GE Capital, Peter worked for several years in NYC at CIBC World Markets in its Mergers and Acquisitions Group focusing much of his time on financial modeling, valuation and the acquisition and sales of small to medium size companies ($20MM – 1BN). Next, Peter worked as a Vice President for Datek Online Holding Corp. and assisted them in raising $800 million in private funding and the development and execution of an international expansion strategy.
In 2002, Peter began working as a full-time real estate professional. Since then he has acted as a leading principal in over $25 million in real estate transactions.
During this time, Peter has developed several organizations to support his real estate efforts: Boston Property Development, LLC, a development organization, Greater Boston Property Management LLC, a property management firm, and Patriot Real Estate Group, Inc, a real estate sales and leasing organization.
Peter has been a guest speaker at the Boston and Eastern Massachusetts Real Estate Investor Associations and graduated fourth in his class from Northeastern University in 1996.

Pat began his Patriot career in April of 2009 as a leasing specialist and blog editor. With a background in media relations and communication, Pat has adapted his inter-personal skills to the world of real estate and has quickly developed the traits necessary to becoming a successful agent. By managing the Patriot Real Estate Group Blog, Pat hopes to expand the company reach to a whole new area of online viewership.
Before starting at Patriot, Pat spent a year-and-a-half as a consultant researcher for ESPN Stats and Analysis Team. A Boston College graduate with a passion for sports journalism, Pat previously worked for the New England Patriots, Scout.com, and WHDH-Channel 7 Sports.

Maren joined the Patriot Real Estate Group in May of 2009. Having relocated from Germany to the US five years ago, Maren has gained a profound knowledge of everything that is involved in moving to a different city, state or even country. Being a home owner in Quincy herself, she is well-informed about this city and its surrounding neighborhoods. Her strong assets are her outgoing personality combined with her ability to being highly organized and reliable.
Maren has graduated from Frankfurt University in Germany with a MBA in Marketing and Human Resources. She has proven herself in various projects in Europe and the US and is fluent in English and German.

 Todd Horn

Todd has been working in real estate nearly his whole life. When Todd was a kid, he would help his father count rent money from his properties each week, and as he grew older, has taken on a greater role of responsibility in the family business.
Todd graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2008 with a bachelors degree in Resource Economics, and a minor in Business Administration. Todd is very excited to be working for Patriot Real Estate Group! In his free time, Todd excels at racquetball and basketball at his gym.

Randy joined Patriot in the summer of 2009 and returned in May 2010 for another busy season. He has enjoyed working with Patriot´s dedicated agents that pursue their client´s interests. He has helped many customers find an apartment they love. Randy started in real estate right out of high school when he became a licensed agent and spent the summer of 2007 working at a Newbury St. agency. Since Randy began at Patriot, he has learned that more luxurious and affordable apartments exist in Boston´s neighboring communities like the North and South Shore.
Randy is currently entering his senior year at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he is seeking a bachelor´s degree in Geography with a minor in Renewable Energy. During the summers, he enjoys going to Nantasket Beach to spend time with family and friends. In his free time, Randy enjoys cooking, reading, and enjoying Boston´s nightlife.

Zach is one of the newest members of our team, however still feels right at home, whether working in the new office, or out with a client. Though new, Zach has developed a strong interest for the real estate business and is rapidly learning the ins and outs of becoming a well-rounded real estate agent.
Zach is studying political science & legal studies at the University of Massachusetts, as well as currently preparing for the LSAT at Tufts University. He enjoys traveling, hiking with his dogs, and meetings friends old and new.

The majority of Dan´s career has been in the customer service field. His primary focus on client retention and satisfaction has greatly assisted him in the transition into the real estate market. Having spent his entire life in the city of Quincy, his in-depth knowledge of the city´s streets and neighborhoods, and the South Shore community as a whole, has had a positive impact on his client´s concerns they have with regards to moving to the area.
Dan is a graduate from Northeastern University with a degree in Information Technology. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, playing sports, exercising, and hanging out with friends and family.

John has recently become an employee of Patriot Real Estate Group as a leasing agent after working for two years as a sales specialist. John grew up in Dorchester and has a first–hand knowledge of urban Boston and its surrounding communities.
John studied Communications at The University Of Massachusetts in Boston and received his real estate license in 2008. In his free time John follows Boston´s local sports scene and enjoys cooking.
